Causing suffering and mayhem with his own disturbing games of "fun". The butterflies were his doing.

I've never talked to him myself, but I've spoken with his little sister here--Road. She likes him... but the trouble is he's the man who was in charge of those strange black butterflies a while back that killed a handful of people. Best to just avoid him.
