Human bodies can't store pure energy, nope, but they can store FORMS of energy. Weiss seems to kinda glow a bit, so there's light energy. Being that this is just a game, we can't feel him, but it's possible that he's very warm, so let's throw heat energy in there. Uh, I'd need to research types of energy a bit more, but there's two. Also, thinking about my older obsessions, I played a game once where people had super-powered mitochondria. Mitochondria create ATP needed to perform cellular respiration and make bodies work. Is it possible that mako enhances mitochondria, therefore allowing him to have his HOMGGLEE power?
Those are good points -- and as for the last question, I really wouldn't have a clue. Biology is not my strong point. ^^; I've been intending to check out the effects of steroids and figure out how they boost power in the body to give me some idea of how mako might boost strength, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
