There is certainly potential in those parts. There can be so many reasons there and so many different outcome. I actually have a fic dealing with a possible ending, so I think I shall go and deal with it now. :P

HEEEE! I really need to update Quite a Handful. It's been a bit over six months. :D With Weiss and Genesis, I have a similar theory, so to speak. The brothers were none too pleased, and Weiss would be difficult "on the best of days".

Anyway, Genesis makes it pretty clear that it had to do with him regaining his honor and pride as SOLDIER. Deepground certainly had problems, but as SOLDIERS, they were usually quite sociopathic and I don't think Genesis wanted any part of that.
