Dissidia has tonnes of lines like that. Allow me to quote a few:

"Believe in the future, and persist in the present - that's what I'll do!" (Firion)

"I must harness this experience." (Warrior of Light)

They're big on the perseverance thing. There's probably more that I haven't encountered yet, since some of these are intro quotes to particular battles. But basically, it's a good game for some darn inspiring lines. All of the above are up on my board of inspiration.
