You just HTML it in the way you always do for alt text. Except you want to use title= rather than alt= because many browsers now treat alt text as just that, and not as hover text.
Actually, now that I'm thinking of it... You remember how there's a fake jukebox-supply-thingamajig with an ambushing soldier in the later parts of Deepground? I've always wondered how they would have explained their method of attack if they'd actually managed to kill Vincent.
Nero: "...Allow me to clarify. You constructed a false supplier, hid inside, and that is how you eliminated Valentine?" Soldier: *nervous nod* Nero: *facepalming inwardly* "...Whatever works, I suppose."
Along with a hefty chunk of, "I cannot believe that Valentine was brought down by such a strategy." Nero would have known there was something wrong with having two suppliers within such a short distance of each other. ;)
