The entire Readercon board has now either resigned or announced intention to resign at the next meeting.

I'm just the messenger in this case; the board members independently decided to resign.

As for how the concom is addressing the other matter, stay tuned. Once we get all the details sorted out, we'll be issuing a detailed statement.

I don't just mean this particular thing. You've been amazing throughout this whole debacle. If Readercon is salvaged, it will be because of you and those like you who worked hard to salvage it.
