Pairing: Kangteuk, Hanchul, Yewook, Eunhae, Sibum, Kyumin, Zhoury
Summary: In a society where males and females live together only if in love (true love), the rest (the singles) wage a secret war on each other through the use of spies. Their goal: obtain the master list of soulmates
Chapter 2
She and her companion arrived in front of an apartment complex. They took the elevator up to the 11th floor. Her companion opened the door and let her in. She turned on the lights and went into the kitchen.
“Would you like something to drink?”
“Sure.”
She walked into the kitchen and stood next to her companion. Her companion smiled as she rearranged the letters on the refrigerator. A little beep was heard and the refrigerator door swung open. She followed her companion into the refrigerator into the secret room.
“So where is it?”
“Over here.”
She followed her companion over to a table laden with all sorts of lab equipment. A glass beaker full of purple liquid stood on a little table.
“So what is it?”
“It’s -“ A knock sounded.
The two of them braced themselves when the door opened.
“Hi.” The two relaxed and smiled.
“Hey Minnie, what are you doing here?”
Minnie walked over to the table and took a seat. “Heard you guys had a new drink and wanted to try it too.”
“You come alone?”
“No, the others will be here shortly.” Minnie smiled as another knock sounded. She got up and let the others in.
“Hi Mochi. We hear you have something new?”
“Yeah. Why don’t you all take a seat?”
Everyone settled herself around the table in the middle of the room. Mochi took the beaker and brought it to the table.
“I’ve developed a new potion for us to use.”
“Good job, Mochi, but what does it do?”
“Drink it and you’ll have the ability to bring any drawing to life but you must draw it yourself.”
“So after we drink that potion, anything we draw will come to life?”
“Yes, it’ll come to life and help you in any way. Let me demonstrate.”
Mochi took a drop of the liquid and put it in a glass of water. She drank it in one gulp. After a few seconds, Mochi lifted her finger and began drawing in the air.
Everyone gasped when they saw a purple line hanging in the air where Mochi had drawn.
She smiled as she completed her little doodle. She waited a moment for the doodle to solidify before plucking it out of the air. She smiled at the shocked expressions as she held the little gun in her hands.
“Does it actually work?”
Mochi smiled as she took aim and shot straight at the center of the target, hitting it dead on.
Everyone stared at her in amazement.
“Do you have to draw very detailed for it to recognize what you’re drawing?”
“No, as long as you think about what you want as you draw, that’s the shape it will take. You can draw the outline of it if it’s easier or you’re in a rush.”
“So you can draw anything?”
“Almost. You can’t draw money or people.”
“But everything else like animals, cars, food?”
Mochi smiled. “Yep. You can eat or drink the food you make.”
“What do you do if you don’t need the thing anymore?”
Mochi walked over to a tank of water and dropped the gun in. Everyone watched it dissolve into nothing.
“If there’s no water handy, just spit on it. It’ll actually dissolve quicker. Just a little spit will suffice.”
“So how long does a drop of this stuff last?”
“A day, which is more than enough time. Now make sure you use this in secret. We don’t want those boys getting their hand on this. It could be disastrous. Here, I already made some for each of us.” Mochi began handing out little vials of the purple substance to each of the girs. “You should all practice quickly drawing so when the time comes, things will work flawlessly. Here’s another bottle for you to use for practice. Remember, use and practice in secrecy.”
“Thank you, Mochi. So now that we’re all here, any news to report?”
“I’ve finally figured out the kind of security they use. I’ve begun trying to decode and bypass their security system while figuring out a plan to sneak in.”
“Good work, Snow White. Anyone else?”
“I’ve been able to secure blue prints to their headquarters and have been working with Snow White on making plans to infiltrate successfully.”
“Good job, Hae. What about you guys?”
“Been busy at school, trying to gather information.”
“Same here. The club’s been so busy. Too many guys to try and get info out of. Most know nothing. I bet the ones that do know won’t come there.”
“But that’s where they all hand out. We discovered that a few months ago.”
“Yeah but just because they spend time there doesn’t meant they spend time with the dancers. They could have a private room for meetings before leaving. I’m not even sure who their agents are.”
“I do.”
“What?!?!” Everyone looked at Minnie who was grinning happily.
“How?”
“Why didn’t you tell us?”
Minnie smiled. “Was waiting for the right moment.” She pulled out a list from her secret inside pocket. “Can I use the computer?”
“Go ahead.” Mochi moved aside and let Minnie take a seat. After quickly logging in, she found what she was looking for and projected it on the table.
“Alright, there are seven members to their team. I was only able to get a few pictures. First is their leader, Raccoon.” She pulled up a picture of a guy with a slightly round face, short brown hair, and slightly muscular build.
Angel felt a jolt go through her body as she locked eyes with the guy’s picture. She shivered and glanced away.
“Are these their real names?”
“No, it’s their codenames. I haven’t been able to get their actual names.”
“Kim Youngwoon or Kangin to his closest friends.” Everyone look at Snow White who had her little computer out. “What? Don’t look at me like that. Once Minnie gave his codename, it was easy to get into their database and find out his personal info.”
“Oh, you can crack their database that quick but not their security system?”
“This is just their personnel database. It’s easier to crack than their secret database where they keep private, highly classified information, which probably contains the list, and their security system. Though it’s strange they don’t care to protect their personnel.”
“No, they do. You just have to be a computer whiz to crack it. I’d stumbled upon their personnel database once but failed to decode it.”
“Oh, okay. Well this is Kim Youngwoon, age 25, been working for them for 6 years now. Trained in different combat styles. Likes to talk a lot and tell secrets which is why they keep him at home.”
“So if we get to him, we can get top secret information?”
“Maybe or useless information.”
“We’ll discuss these kinds of things after I finish revealing their team, okay?” Satisfied, Minnie pulled up the next file.
“Next is Dragon. I wasn’t able to get a picture of him.”
“His real name is Hankyung, age 25, worked for them for 5 years now. Trained in different martial arts. Knows different styles of dance. Very quiet and observative. One of their best spies.”
“Too bad we don’t have a picture. Would be helpful.”
“Yeah, well I tried but there’s a reason he’s the best.”
“But you’re the best on our team.”
“Only in fighting. Wookie is better at getting information.”
“But you got their codenames which Wookie didn’t, no offense, so technically you’re better.”
“Can we stop this pointless argument and get back to the important things?” Everyone looked at Wookie who was looking a little irritated. “The sooner we finish this up, the sooner we can get back to work. I’ve got important things to do.”
“Alright.” Minnie cleared her throat. No one messed with an angry/irritated Wookie. “Next member is Turtle. Again, no picture.”
“Real name: Kim Jongwoon or Yesung, age 25, worked for them for 5 years now. Trained in martial arts. Another good spy of theirs. Like a ninja but has a beautiful singing voice.”
“Okay, next is Monkey. We actually have a picture of him.”
Cinderella started laughing as soon as she saw the picture. “He really does look like a monkey.”
Hae felt a jolt when she accidentally looked at his eyes in the picture. She took a long look at the picture before looking away with mild disinterest.
“Real name: Lee Hyukjae or Eunhyuk, age 24, worked for them for 6 years now. Is a wonderful dancer.”
“What does he do?”
“Either a field agent or like our Mochi.”
“Look, we’ll discuss this all later. Let me finish revealing all of them. Alright this is Horse.” A picture of a handsome muscular guy popped up.
“Wow…look at that bod.”
“Why are you staring, Cinderella?”
“What? I can’t appreciate a nice body?”
“Whatever.”
“Real name: Choi Siwon, age 24, worked for 6 years now. Trained in martial arts. A true gentleman to all women.” Several of the girls scoffed at that. “Oh a little side note: likes to gesture a lot. Annoying and not good for a spy.”
“Well he’ll be easy to find I guess.”
“Right…in a world of good-looking men, we’ll be able to find one that likes to gesture a lot. They couldn’t have found a better spy to blend in with the crowd.”
“Alright next is Wolf. No picture.”
“With good reason. Real name: Cho Kyuhyun, age 24. Worked only 3 years for them now. A computer whiz.”
“Oh so he’s inside a lot so no glimpse of him.”
“Right. So last person is Fox.”
“Real name: Zhoumi, age 24. Worked for them for 3 years now. Nothing else is known.”
“Wow…mysterious.”
“Whatever, so what do we do now that we know who’s on their team?”
“Figure out a plan of attack or something.”
“Well now that we know how’s on the team, we can keep an eye out for them. Just do things how we normally do. When we encounter them, then we’ll think of a plan.”
“Well if you can, get to them before they realize who you are. Remember, we need to stay two steps ahead of them.”
“So is that it?” Everyone looked at each other.
Angel shrugged. “I guess.”
“Alright then, I need to get going. Thanks for the stuff, Mochi, and thanks for wasting my time, everyone.” Wookie smiled and waved before leaving.
“What’s with her? She’s normally so nice and even tempered.”
“Probably a lot of work to do.”
“Or PMS.”
Angel frowned. “I hope she’s okay.”
“Don’t worry. She’ll be fine. Probably still a little upset over our run-in on our way here.”
“What?!?! A run-in?”
“Wait, if you had a run-in and won, Wookie wouldn’t be upset of anything.”
“Well I don’t know.”
A ding sounded. Mochi went over to the computer and opened up the email.
It’s work and PMS. Now stop talking about me. I love you all :D ♥
“Now there’s out Wookie. Okay now tell us about that run-in.”

“I’m very disappointed in you two. I gave you two an easy mission and you both failed. This mission was considered beneath our two top agents so we gave it to you two but those little girls easily defeated you. They knocked you out for a few hours.” The two remained silent. “Since you failed, you’re no longer allowed to do field work until you improve. Off to the practice room for more training.” The two nodded their heads and silently left the room.
Raccoon leaned back in his chair and sighed. It’s been a while since they had a breakthrough in their case. The last major development was when they finally discovered their headquarters. After months of searching and false clues, they’d finally found the building that housed their headquarters and hopefully the list. But that’s it.
Everything they’d tried had failed. Their security was top secret. It took Wolf a year to even figure out what kind of code they were using. They would never catch a glimpse of any of their agents. Only a week ago did they finally catch a glimpse of one of their agents. And they were so mysterious. No one knew anything about them. A complete mystery…
“Raccoon, new development.”
“What? Alright, call everyone to the meeting room.”
Raccoon quickly made his way to the meeting room. The rest of the team was waiting for him, including Monkey and Fox who should’ve been practicing but they were excused to hear the news.
“So what’s the news?”
“A breakthrough into their database.”
“Really?”
“Yeah but it’s just their personnel database and it says very little.”
“So? Now we might know who the agents are.”
“Well all it says are the names of their agents. Nothing else.”
“Picture?”
“None. Nothing personal. Just a name.”
“Alright, what are they?”
Wolf quickly listed the names on the screen.
“They’re just codenames. That doesn’t help much.”
“Actually, it helps a little.”
“Hey, what’s that?”
“What’s what?”
“That.” Dragon pointed to a name. “Note. Think that means anything?”
“Let’s see.” Wolf clicked on it and a document came up.
Dear boys,
Thought you should know we learned all your names so to even the playing field a bit, we decided to send you a list of our names. This should make things more interesting.
Oh, a note to Wolf: you didn’t hack into our database if just looked like it. We don’t have a personnel database like you guys. But seemed like it right? It was just a quick program Snow White whipped up. Amazing right? Well have fun ;)
“Are they mocking us?”
“Let’s go find them.” Several of the guys nodded in agreement. “And when we do, they’ll be in for a nice surprise.” Raccoon smiled and walked out of the meeting room, followed by the rest of the team.

i would also like to apologize about the names for two of the characters (if you don't agree with them)...had a hard time deciding on which one suited them...took the advice of my dongsaeng for the two names...so that's the decision...XD
