I grok your Pike in a big way, is what I'm saying. This is entirely mutual.
You made me want to try writing Pike differently than I am want to do.
Er, you are totally allowed to disown Like No Blessing!Pike, just throwing that out there.

That is one of the most touching confessions I've ever heard, and I am not touched by a lot of people (double meaning intended.) So, idk, I match and raise your awkward social pressure?
Anyway, this: kind of flaily on my end because it's getting sort of long and complicated and I'm not even sure [anyone]'ll like it is my general feeling about the Lady!Pike/Winona right now. Considering that my impetus for that fic is to nudge readers to think a little differently about, if not Pike specifically, then aces in general, this: You made me want to try writing Pike differently than I am want to do. is hugely encouraging. Thank you.
(I also feel like less of a berk for essentially replying to your fic post with ME ME ME. Although I am continuing to be all ME ME ME so idk.)The weird (awesome?) thing, though, is that it was the combination of the cut texts for #2 and #3 that really hit me where I live. So, you know, I don't anticipate any disowning, and sort of want to ask ( ... )
