Roger Daniels/Daniel Rodgers - Make up your mind!

It's taken about a week and a half, but I'm just about done moving.  Probably one more trip tonight.  And I found a couple people who are interested in taking over my apartment (although I won't hold my breath until they turn in their applications).  I'm so freaking tired of moving.

I have to grade sixty midterm exams by Monday.  Insert frowny face ( Read more... )

Rodger that?

Bastards, why can't they spell their names consistently?

But I do feel your pain. Let's see, in the last two weeks, I have graded 40 short (3-page) papers, 40 in-class midterms (IDs, short answer, map quiz and multiple choice) and there's 40 take-home essay midterms awaiting grading in my office, and they turn in rewrites of their papers next Wednesday. Let's see, 40 plus 40 plus 40 plus 40 equals 160 items of grading (IOGs) in a single month. Uhm, And then, on Feb. 27, I'll get 40 5-7-page papers. Wow, then I'll have two weeks to grade those so I can hand them back at the final and pick up 40 blue books. Grand total? 240 IOGs.

Alas, I would love to rant and rave about this, but it's 11 p.m. and I still have a book to read between now and tomorrow morning....
