It was made in PSP7 but it's translatable for other programs.
01 Duplicate base and set it to SOFTLIGHT 65%, sharpen and merge layers
02 New Layer and fill with #158C93 and set to BURN 70%
03 New Layer and fill with #FFDE5B and set to MULITPLY 25%
04 Duplicate base and desaturate it and set it to HARD LIGHT 70%
05 New Layer and fill with #808080 and set to BURN 65%
06 New Layer and fill with #FAFDAB and set to MULTIPLY 30%
07 New Layer and fill with #430128 and set to LIGHTEN 100%
08 Merge Layers and admire your work!
