Stuff from recently. Nothing that interesting, though there's two I'm partial to potentially expanding.

I walk. The occasional crush of leaves punctuates the soft padding of soles on asphalt; few, but more to come. My shadow disappears into the trees. The indigo sky flecks the spotted gold and green of the leaves, colors so different they blend ( Read more... )

Ooh, I loffed 'alone,' too. That last bit, "someone else gets the ice," was, er, chilling (and, gah, my tired mind can't come up with a word that isn't related to being!cold to describe the line - then again, that's probably the point).

I once dropped someone doing a trust fall, because I am teh weakling. It was more embarrassing than anything, because it wasn't far a fall. But one of my friends got a mild concussion during a trust fall. He wasn't actually the one falling. The person who was falling was falling from the bleachers (this is standard stuff - we have a required PE class that is basically trust falls and team-building stuff, and it is the most fun class ever), and the faller stuck out their elbow like you're not supposed to. *likes to tell life stories*

Les typos: From the first one - "I still, listening, [...]" - maybe "I'm still" or "I stall" or something. Dunno.

*pretending to be helpful*

It'd be awhile before I make something out of it. I currently have 38 things that size I want to edit XD.

I've never dropped someone or been dropped, truth be told. Well, once I caught someone and I kinda went down on one knee since the person was way bigger than me but he didn't look way bigger than me (but maybe I should have gotten that since I have to crane my neck to talk at him versus his chest.) :P on the concussion.

*is way happy she doesn't have to take PE cause she did indoor soccer and stuff*

Hmm, but "to still" is a verb in its own right... "The car stills"... though using it with "I" is a bit unusual, admittedly... of course, this is the same person who says "talking at"...
