i am right there with michelle on the procrastination deal.

finals are soon and i have a shitload of work to do (re: case studies, final presentations, note making for finals)instead my days are filled with the gym (also to be in bikini shape for south beach in just over 2 weeks), work, baking, tv, and reading un-school related books like "Blink ( Read more... )

Its pretty. It reminds me how back in the 1980s I wanted to live in an Ikea catalogue. :-)

it's not all inclusive... i was originally planning to go somewhere all inclusive (cuba/mexico/dominican etc), but heard that it's prime hurricane season the week i planned on going (2nd week of august-ish) and even if there are no hurricanes, there's usually lots of rain. since we didn't want to risk being stuck in the rain at a resort, we figured we'd go somewhere else with more non-beach activities around in case it does rain like crazy :) it's a bit more than i had planned on spending originally, but i figure i deserve it since it'll be right after i finish my exams!

yr going away at the end of august right? cuba/mexico/dominican should be awesome around then! :)

and congrats RE: being the new dance instructor at work!!!

W-O-W. i am INSANELY jealous!!! that places looks like heaven! Who are you vacationing with?! & if you don't mind my asking... around how much is this all costing you??? ahhh... i need funds. lol! =\ have a GREAT time!!

i'm going with melissa and one of mel's friends may come along too! It's costing us $600-650 for flight+hotel and i'm budgeting about 400 for food+expenses (like shopping - hahaha). i can't wait! i want to see a celebrity!
