He abandons.
Not in the morning, but in the mourning. With a pain in my chest, I lay in the painted fire. I lay down to rest in my betrayal.
And he moves me - to a softer place, to make up my funeral bed.
Breathes into me, new life (It's in the blood). Sharing the same breath (mine of second life -inhale-, his of strange relief? -exhale-).
It, bringing back my life and his purpose.
Connected in blood, through the seeds that were sown.
