I'm going to tell you--that made my eyes tear up...

I don't think I've ever made anyone cry tear up with my fic (not in a good way at least).

With the finger bit, I did have the Claire/Sylar scene stuck in my head. I'm glad you liked it. ;D

LOL, I have another comment :thoughts:

I thought it was surpremely Sylar that he put a lot of himself you know, based around Noah. Remade himself for him, and when he was gone, I can easily believe there was nothing left. Supremely Sylar, yes-yes.

The pure inner dialogue made me at first wonder where he is (voices in agony--inner/outer) but then it doesn't matter. That's the hell of it. He's kinda locked inside now, where some ghost of his son was there...

OMGosh. (I'll calm down now.XD)

That is Sylar. He builds himself to fit others and maybe what he thinks they expect of him (i.e. his mother, his victims). Poor Noah made Gabriel a better mold, but Gabriel has to make himself a better man.
