See, that's what I have - a relationship. If you read the Bible Jesus slammed the "religious" people over and over again for being hung up on rules. It's about loving God - not about being "good" or "perfect".

Easter always hits me screwball. It's not a calendar thing, it's an all-the-time thing, y'know? But then Christmas, that feels like a calendar thing. Christmas, happening December 25, makes sense.

I vote for Easter on the vernal equinox. It's too cold, to feel like good news around here. Frickin' 38 degrees!

We're about to have Easter dinner. Stupid calender didn't tell me when Passover was. As a result I've missed The Ten Commandments ... again. :X

God loves you just the way you are. He knows you're not perfect but he still loves you and wants a relationship with you. Don't let your guilt get in the way, I have problems like that as well...not feeling like I'm good enough to be worthy of God's love but he gives it out in droves to anyone and everyone!!

And as far as religious people, they seriously need to stop acting all high and mighty! They act like they're untouchable...but look what happens when they get busted for child molestation, pornography, buying gay prostitutes, etc. NOBODY IS PERFECT!!

I never did really looked at it that way that sl_poscast said..that you just need to love Jesus...instead of being perfect all the time. Helps alot
