1. Many thanks. My ability to think in paragraphs was being eroded by the "Like" button.
2. Astute observation except for the steam part. If it's any kind of "-punk" at all, diesel would be more accurate.

Is there an ebook edition out there? It's not in the iBooks store, and I suspect that if it were Baen I'd have seen it already. :)

It was available as
an ebook on Baen
but doesn't seem to be anymore :(
The first seven chapters
are available free on the author's website though so you can definitely try before you buy.

Ah, there's sometimes a gap between the eARC being withdrawn and the full thing coming out. I'll keep an eye out.
ETA: Correction, it's up as a regular $6 ebook. Guess I didn't notice it the other day when I was checking new releases.
Also, replying to your stuff (and only yours) has a CAPTCHA for some reason.
