What a week it has been... you so quickly forget how much work babies are! Also, did you know that babies drool A LOT? I forgot that part, too. Evie is quite enamored with Max and Khai-- her whole face lights up when they come into the room. When she can hear them but can't see them, she leans her entire body toward the nearest door, as if she's ( Read more... )

Is it wrong that I laughed a little when I read about how Max and Khai feel about a baby? It's almost a little ironic that Max is not fond of Evie's noise level. :) I do realize that babies are different than kids, but both are loud in their own very special ways, and neither probably realize how loud that truly is. :)))

Kayla had the same noise complaint when talking about wanting a brother/sister, but she still wants Jamie to have one. She said she'd "show" the baby how to play/be more quiet. This from the child who hit decibels I had no idea existed!

And OMG ENVY on the vacuum! *drool* It's so so NOT sad how excited you are. That's a kickass piece of power right there.

MISS YOU! Best wishes for your family!

Is it bad that I was a bit confused that you posted your T4 already?
Thursday simply does not exist for me.

So Jealous that you get to have a baby in the house!
And that you get to give her back and sleep for a week!
... Not excited about why the little one is there.
Sometimes doctors can be really helpful.
Other times, not so much.

Of course Max and Khai would make a great big brother team.
Those two boys could take over the world if they put their mind to it.
(And I'm counting on it in another few years!)

Good call on the Dyson. We bought on a couple of years ago and there's just no contest. It rocks the suspenders off any other vacuum out there. We had the same experience the first time we used it. I simply couldn't believe how much dirt had been looming in the carpet. Now we have hardwood floors but it still does the job admirably.

Send my well wishes to your sis-in-law and hug the kids and babies for me :)
