Hello, dear internets! I have missed you! The past few weeks have been stuck in crazy-fast-forward and it feels like there's barely been a chance to come up for air. Between Max's surgery, the kids and I getting sick (and staying sick), a weekend out of town, spring break and a plethora of doctor's appointments... well, I'm kind of worn down. ( Read more... )

If everyone's lives are as crazy as mine lately, it's no wonder! I have not been on LJ in forever. Hopefully things will slow down once the kids are back in school... tho they are still sick, so tomorrow is a doctor's visit instead of school. :(

I'm no help... I actually just use my bread machine and a recipe I adapted to work with spelt flour. Then I toss in extras depending on what I'm in the mood for. =)

I did receive a small package but sadly I have not picked it up yet. We receive our mail at a PO box and things have been a little too hectic for us to make it over there to pick it up.

I'm going to do so today though ;) I know that it's from you guys and I look forward to opening it!
