It was 70 degrees outside this morning when I took Max & Khai to school-- love it-love it-love it. I hope we have a few more days like this in store. There's been a lot of rain, so even though it has been just five days since I last mowed, it needs done again. I'm glad the grass is happy, even if I do have to mow more often ( Read more... )

good stuff, life, josh

I'm not sure this will ever be possible, but in case it is, there are always cheap deals running between us... so if you ever feel need to be social, trust me when I say I can help out there. And you're always welcome in my home. :)

those are hot!!!! Totally where-ever-able, I dig them! A little red paint and voila!

I hear you on the anti-social blues lately. I wish things would even out and calm down some, but I'm happy to have something to do most days right now. As much as I want to do starbucks with you sometime, I keep thinking that's just a bad time (busy there) to be able to sit and talk and relax with Grant in tow. So I don't know what the solution to that is, other than having coffee back at my place or yours.

We will be gone all next week to Corpus. I should let her teacher know or something.

OH. And this morning (i was going to email you but forgot), I think everyone had turned in their little placemats but Max...just passing that along, I don't think you're in trouble or anything...

I did not even think about Starbucks and how busy it is in the mornings... and while I think the outside area is a little more calm, there's still plenty to interest Grant. ;) I don't know what time the Barnes & Noble at the mall in Denton opens, but if he would be at all intrigued by the train table there we could try that one day!

Ms. Y asked me about the placemats yesterday-- with family in and out all weekend I *totally* forgot about them. OOPS. She said they weren't sending them out for lamination until Friday so we're bringing them in tomorrow. See what I get for putting them in a safe place where I'd remember them? HA.

Have a wonderful time in Corpus-- enjoy being away!

yAy @ your mom comming to visit.

I should have my booth stuff all done this week and setup by the end of the weekend (barring another back collapse).

So, starting in Sept... I'd be happy to come babysit in the evening so you could go out with a friend or two.... especially since the kids go to bed so early... would be easy for me to make them dinner and put them to bed. I am always awake until at least midnight anyway... so it's no hassle for me.

Say "hi" to your mom for me.

I'll catch up with you on Monday to schedule a time to visit the kids. I've been staying back/away because I wanted your visiting family to get total, uninterrupted time with the kiddos since they don't get to see the kids very often. But it'll be 2+ weeks by the time your mom goes home... and I'm missing my little nephews! :)

Aww, you know if I lived there I would be hanging out with you! I really wish I had a chance to introduce you to my gf's when I lived down there... Maybe next time!

But I'm really excited about October....
