Has it really been a week since I last wrote anything here? I've been distracted by the team of SuperFriends who came to stay with us. There was an abundance of laughing, talking and coffee, about four hours of combined sleep over as many days, and it was wonderful ( Read more... )

I just realized you went to West Texas A&M University. Except for a year in Lubbock, I've lived in canyon/amarillo my whole life. :) Or really that should be a :( lol

How funny! I didn't ever live in Amarillo, but worked at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center out near Coulter Dr for *years*. I liked living in Canyon all right except it always really bugged me that there weren't any 24-hour restaurants in a college town. I mean REALLY. No IHOP? Did they expect us to drive to Amarillo for coffee at 4am? Hopefully that has changed by now. ;)

So, you're moving next door to me WHEN??? I love a lot of those same things-- finding time for them always proves to be the difficult part.

I'm glad you've had a good time. The only thing better than lavender lotion: lavender bubblebath and the time to indulge with it! :)

Bubblebaths good! (For the mommy, not for the kids) I swear, my girls get bubblebaths waaaaay more often than their mommy does.
