I am just learning crochet, and a couple months ago made a blanket, hat, and shoes for a friend's little girl. I just finished making this for my little boy who's due in a couple of weeks! A "real" Jayne Cobb hat would have three colours but I only had two, and then I thought a matching diaper cover would make for some super cute photos. I think

Nope I'm just not saying it on facebook or anywhere my mom might read it since she wants to be surprised. Hence not posting this photo there either, I'm sure she'd guess.But most of the baby-specific posts are on their own filter; if you're not added to it I can do that if you want.

Haha I'm just learning, and used Youtube to figure stuff out, but this is actually quite an easy pattern. The diaper cover takes about an hour and a half.
