I tend to see the warriors among the har primarily as fighters, marred by their lifestyles and sometimes by the aweful things they have done. It makes me forget that as wraeththu they are also stunningly beautiful creatures. Thank you for reminding me. :o)
If Ponclast really looked like you portrayed him, something tells me Calanthe, would have been after him so much sooner, not because of his evil badassness, but to bump bloom'en daisies with his evilself... your picture seem to be more like Cobweb,,than I picture the ultimate master of evil, at least he should have a snarl on his face... also Var's warriors wore their hair shorter to bring out their domineering male sides
And to fully understand the image I should probably mention that this is not meant to be Ponclast The Great and Evil Warrior of Doom. ;) The title of the painting is "Mother of pearl, Father of hatred" and portrays his time in the forest of Gebbadon. Ponclast did such detestiable dirty deeds, I guess I never though of him as that beautiful! But then he's Wraeththu... what was I thinking? Truth is I always liked the bad boys, but for some reason not him. please show us more of your lovely art! It turns me on just looking at it! Cal the Gslinger
