Okay, I know it sounds dumb, but I've always thought having a wedding ceremony on the Maine coast would be like... the coolest thing ever, ever since I was a kid. While I must say that coastal marriages are scary--I went to one in Florida in 2005, and WE ALMOST GOT HIT BY HURRICANE KATRINA, NO JOKE--I also say HOORAY for gay marriage in Maine! I think it'd be fun to get hitched in Acadia, atop all of that pink granite. Heh.

Also in agreeance with you about dating--all's quiet on the dating front right now for me as well. Le sigh.
