A plot bunny attacked and gave me this idea for a River centric AU story. My idea of what might happen if River didn't go to the Academy and then ran away from home. Eventual Rayne.

Thanks for the comments. I see I had some problems with my tenses (Seeing vs. saw) That's what I get for writing while very tired.
