Synopsis: Xandir's world is shaken to its very foundation when he learns that Toot considers the sex they once had together to be subpar.

Woo-hoo! Glad I got my comments posted before reading this one! I *was* going to state a guess as to *how* Toot shakes up Xandir's world, and then decided not to try guessing. I'm glad I didn't, this was a very, very nice surprise. I love the whole bit where Xandir keeps bringing up Toot's disatisfication and continuing to say he's not bothered by it when he obviously is. Another real life best friends' cliched conversation that I'm sure happens with everyone - it always ends with the bothered friend just spilling it after pretending to be okay with it, and/or the other friend simply saying "Okay, obviously this is bothering you a LOT". This has happened a few times on Will and Grace, and, or course, on Friends. Just can't remember exact episodes. I'm sure it's happened to all of us at some point

Glad you liked this one! I was curious what kind of things you might guess Toot's revelation would be. This was another one that came up while Nicole and I were having one of our "what if" conversations; I really liked the idea, so I wrote it. She liked the fact that I was having Xandir twist in the wind for most of the episode. (On a humorous note, she said that I went too easy on Xandir in the end, but my argument was that if I didn't, Toot would have looked bad.)

Like many I've written lately for some reason, this one was a different style than usual; the entire second act was basically one long extended conversation between them. I particular liked the scenes in which Xandir keeps not-so-subtly hinting for Toot to be more forthcoming about WHAT it was she didn't like- and Toot just won't take the bait.

Xandir: I'm not upset about it at all
