I have a question...... if I Aizen was a shinigami, and now turned leader of Espada, why doesn't he make a full fledged attack?, knowing well of the circumstance of the Soul society?

He can't yet. The reason he went up into Hueco Mundo isn't just to be the leader of the Espada, but to seek a higher power through the Hougyoku (as well as gain enough strength to take over that King's Key thing that he had his eye on). Until everything with the Hougyoku is fully completed/matured etc, he's not quite yet the full 'god' that he wants to be. And that's his aim: to have the most power and sit in the throne of heaven.

He WILL be making an attack, and Soul Society's already predicted that (you'd know this if you stopped skipping episodes :P). By the time everything with the Hougyoku's finished, he'll have gathered enough power to launch a full assault anywhere.

Ahahaha no. The Hougyoku is this little orb thingy that has the capability to break the boundary between Shinigami and Hollow; Aizen is using the Hougyoku to create more and more powerful Arrancar (which of course includes the Espada).

When a Hollow gains Shinigami powers via the Hougyoku, they essentially tap into a more vast source of power. A Vizard (Shinigami with Hollow powers) and an Arrancar (Hollow with Shinigami powers) will always have more power than a regular Shinigami and a regular Hollow.
