According to the rather dubious scale at the Y, I have lost about 15 pounds or so in the last few months. Nice sustainable number, that.

5 days of cardio, and 2 days of cardio+weights. Hopefully I can keep it up.

winter is coming, and motivation to get to the gym will be difficult to come by.

I just got weighed at the doc today, and I'm doing around 10 or so pounds. I'm happy about that. It's a start to the long game of weight management.
