I like how this comes out as a prologue for things to come. It sets a solid tone for the series as well, one that promises to be both interesting and dreadful. But given how bored she is, how old is Selenity during this time? I would think a past queen would know what to do with her time.

She has been around since the last age fell and the new one began, so as long as Pluto has been standing at the gates of time. But she had the joy of watching primordial soup trying to make life whereas Pluto to look to the future for more entertainment.
