So, no. It just means Neptune won't transform or waken completely. She'll still have the greater strength and speed. It's just harder for Michiru, and even worse when Serenity really starts stealing her strength (the receding oceans). ^-^ Helps?
interestnig...i think i may need an overview of PGSM, b/c I don't really remember alot of this...and i've read the manga at least a 100 times...maybe i'm not picking up on something...
PGSM was a lot like the manga... With a few twists. Shall I spoil it for you? If so, let me know and I will try to give a summary of it in the community tomorrow. The main thing you need to know for the PGSM Michiru stories that is different from the manga is that there are ghost/shade/spectre/ghoul things running around attacking people (mostly the senshi) and stealing their energy. These creatures are different from the youma of the day, and are not controlled by the Shitennou. There is also a fog that seeps through sections of the city which saps the people's energy, knocking them unconscious. Basically, Metalia stealing their energy directly. These are the two things that PGSM Haruka and Michiru are up against. Does that help at all?
Ah, now that is where you would be sad. She doesn't show up in the series at all. You have to wait a-a-all the way to the Special Act (the very last piece released) to meet her. I'm not even sure if she was mentioned!
Okay, tomorrow I'll spoil away if I have time. ^-^
