Yeah bills suck. I need to pay my damn health insurance really soon...
Part of my gift? I hope you guys aren't getting me much - I could only get one thing each for you and Ree and I'll feel bad if I find out you guys went through a lot of trouble with me.
Good to know your car is up and ready for your trip. And yay for fried spam! :p
Humbug indeed though....what is a humbug by the way?
^-^ Oh, we aren't spending too much on you this year. I'll probably spend the same on you as I will on the adults in my family. Except Ree, whose name I "drew" and can therefore spend as much on as I did the kids. But, I'm not sure how much you will like this part so I'm gonna get a little something else, too. And because I think everyone needs at least two gifts from me, hahaha... I don't expect to get two gifts in return, though. It's this terminal trait I have that's been reinforced by my parents and my religion. I love to give things to people.
According to Merriam Webster online, humbug is a noun of unknown etymology. It means something designed to deceive and mislead or a willfully false, deceptive, or insincere person, an attitute or spirit of pretense and deception, nonsense, and drivel. In England, it is also a hard, usually mint flavored, candy. Hmmmm.... And here I always thought it was a bug that can't quite sing (<-- is just teasing). Hum bug. Get it? Yeah, bad I know, hahaha
