• Hello Internet! I was worried I wasn't going to get to post anything this week, but I totally obliterated my weekend tasklist yesterday, so here I am. ...yes I have weekend tasklists over summer vacation. But apparently ones that can be mostly finished with a good twelve solid hours of work! 
• I am excited because I have a houseguest coming to stay

Obstacle courses, on the other hand, turn the intrepid squirrels into a constant form of entertainment!

...I will admit that sometimes when the squirrels start climbing the bird feeder I run out and chase them while making cat noises. :)

In fact, the Pokémon Video Game Championships are having a regional qualifier ... all the same I think going would be a really cool experience.

As a fellow writer, I'll put in my vote for the xp. :) Though, I still haven't figured out how to find time to do stuff, etc. If you go, I want to hear how it went!

If I go, it will probably be half to share the experience with Bea and half to blog it; there is no way I can get competitive with an all-B&W team before then. If I could use all 649 Pokemon? I still wouldn't win, but I might make it a few rounds if I got seeded luckily. With just B&W pokemon? Not gonna happen. :)

I am extremely blessed to have a large number of people in my life I can share this sort of activity with. ...it's just that all of them live at least 500 miles away. This is why I travel so much. ;)
