Question...how can we apply if the application is locked?

you have to join first
and then you can look at locked entries

You have to join to apply, if you're rejected, then the mods take you off of the members list and "ban you"

but chances are you won't be banned
we only banned one person but that was because she was basically a child molester

so yes, you need to join the community first
that way you can read friends only entires
including the application

make sense?
