My hubby's grandma died just this October. She was almost 94. She too was not really ill, just at the end of her life, I guess. The same thing happened to her. Stopped being able to get up by herself, would not eat, had a hard time talking or just wouldn't talk, slept all the time, etc.
I hope she has an easy crossing as well and will keep her in my prayers.
Don't worry about me and not sending Christmas Cards. Mine are arriving late, and (lucky you) I have lost your mailing addy, or maybe not...we shall see. So, since tomorrow Mike and Dan will have things to do, I'm making a large cup of tea and addressing cards with the addresses I CAN find, and getting them off on a wing and a prayer. AfterALL, several dear people - friends and family -have sent their greetings to my home already and because of that I DO have their current addresses (And I'm feeling very blessed to have heard from those who have the time and energy - after the rest of daily life happens - to send seasons greetings). SHARING THE LOVE! And loving all y'all.
