The cookies go immediately into the freezer. :) I usually give plates to neighbors, send some to Hubby's work and take some to the family xmas. If we have any Holiday gatherings some are put out then too. The rest I allow the family/kids to eat. :) I made mint chocolate and another batch of oatmeal today...

We have *2* refridgerators(with freezers) AND a chest freezer. I bake/grow/preserve TONS of stuff. Maybe too much... ;)
