There’s that glint in her eye, determined and a little crazy, and he struggles to restrain the urge to kiss her in a cloud of dust motes and thin sunlight.
Hours later, buried in a pile of fairy tales from the West Kingdom, Eugene hears Rapunzel’s voice echo across the room.
“I found it, oh my gosh, I found it! It’s ancient.”
They pry open the cover of The Adventures Of Flynn Rider (first edition), fingers interlaced and warm.
