I too get overwhelmed when I've been away. I often start with very unimportant things or write something that only I can see (private setting.) It helps empty the head.
I still read LJ, which is easy cause there's not a lot to read. I haven't posted in something like 5 years.
I can report that the Warcraft movie is a lot better than I expected it to be, though it has Guldan leading the horde, therefore they are Bad Guys. Walking out after the movie with a big Horde symbol on my shirt was as bad as having a temporary Dark Mark tattoo after reading books 6 and/or 7.
Hope things start to look up for you. It's summer, at least. Summer in Canada is a good thing, right?
