Happy Birthday!! I have something a birthday gift for you that will get shipped off as soon as I have a day to breathe - probably Wednesday because work is sending me to Dallas tomorrow for two days.

Happy belated birthday. Mine was a week later and what did I do. I worked, then snuck in late and ate cold cuts because Ben was sleeping (pre-FurFright). No girl/boyfriend and only one gift (Ben got me a wolf pillow).

Let's both promise to get at least halfway to our weight goals by our next birthdays.

My weight on my birthday (post workout) was 235.8 and my long-term goal is 190. So I damn well better be under 213 by next Halloween.
