Hello, I read your comment on OnlyIslam.net. The answer 4 ur comment. You should understand that the "heavy meat concept" is not an Islamic thing. It is against the model of Prophet Muhammad(S). But we can eat meat of cow, bief,got. But it should not be heavy. You should understand that, vegiterian and non-veg are needed for our body. About a meaning from Qur-an: Everything except human are produced by ALLAH are for Humans....(try to understand its balance in Qur-an). Every vitamins are not included in any purticular vegitables. If u dont eat non-vegitables, your body may contains that demerit. You said that some Muslims trying to vegitarianism. You should understand that, Our(Muslims') roll model is not current Muslims, Mother theresa, Mahathma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln,etc But our roll model is a Muslim, Prophet Muhammad(S). Dont try to find new models for us. Thanks for your interest in studying about Islam. Try understand right and Select Islam as your Religion. Its true, no doubts.

please show me the scientific evidence that plant foods don't contain all vitamins. the only thing meat has is protein and iron. the shaolin monks of china who practice kung fu are vegetarian are stronger and healthier than most meat eaters i know. they also don't have heart attacks or cancer. again, please show me the science behind it. thank you

I cant agree with the comment that Muslims are not marriage the black Muslim Women. Bcoz its not true. If yes, what was the relation of it in the unity between Muslims? All Muslims are equal, whether black or white. A man had right to select a Women for marriage. Isnt it? So why u said that? I think u are tried to speak against a truth. Hm? Anaskltm@live.com

i don't dispute that islam promote brotherhood. what i am saying is that certain people don't follow this islamic law. ahmadis and sikhs believe in one God but they are not allowed to practice their religion freely in saudi arabia and in pakistan they are required to carry separate passports. you can criticize hindus for not upholding dharmic law and equality but you most criticze countries like pakistan and saudi arabia also for not following Quran law.
