My vacation is over, and tomorrow morning I depart Boise for the long trek back to Calgary.

I'll be back on Saturday, for anyone that cares.

...And now 3,500, at 4:00am. I'm an idiot, and I'm going to bed.

Scratch that last post; 3,000 words of comic script today, and still a little more to come before I sleep! Progress is a sweet, sweet thing.

So I've written over 2,000 words worth of comic script today, PLUS did layout thumbnails for the first eleven pages or so. With my scripting style, at least 5 comic pages requires 2,000 words of script ( Read more... )

Woot! The Edmonton Oilers are going to the Stanley Cup Finals!

Not as awesome as the Calgary Flames going there, but still something epic since this is something that all of Alberta can partake in again. And since Edmonton actually has a balanced offense, they're more fun to watch than the sit-and-grind play of the Flames ( Read more... )

So I found Silent Hill 4: The Room at an EBGames here in Idaho for $10, so I indulged and bought it, not owning any of the Silent Hill games despite an inordinate fascination with the series. Ah, fuck. I am not scientifically equipped to handle a hardcore evolution/Creation debate.

So I learned something today that provoked a question. Apparently in the US of A if you wear a red t-shirt on a Friday it means that you Support Our Troops.
