You mean the superheated hyperyoga? What's that called again? That would knock me out... have fun!

it isn't hyper yoga. It moves just slightly faster than 'normal' yoga. It's called bikram yoga. It is the best workout I have ever found, but as you point out it is definitely not for everyone. Crowgirl HATES it. *shrugs* But I am happy and there is a whole heat loving clan of us.
