I havent slept more than a few hours in a day and a half. My mind races when all my body wants to do is shut down. I fell asleep for a few minutes this morning... it didnt last long. The phone rang... I screamed and had to knaw my own hand off to prevent shattering the fucking phone against the wall. I swear to the gods if one more FUCKING person

Actually if I remember correctly, one of the presidents wanted to do that. Saying if someones IQ wasn't up to par, they were supposed to become impotent. I agreed with him but not many others did. Cause that law was never passed lol.
