They have a port-infused cheese in our local supermarket at the moment and I keep hinting strongly to Kyle that it's probably amazing, but he insists on waiting until he's thought of a meal to use it in before buying any!

In Belgium we have over 300 different kinds of cheeses! That would mean paradise for you, right? :o)
It's sad though that cheeses are so darn expensive!! They are over here as well.
