Yum. I love Stilton! Or any kind of cheese. Our local supermarket did a rum and raisin fudge wensleydale over the summer - amazing!

Mmmmmmm you would love Holland if you like cheeses :P we have sooo many of them and we don't even like Gouda that much as we think its bland in flavor

Here in Belgium we have lots of cheeses also. YUM!!!

Gouda is one I haven't had yet, though I've heard other people describe it the same way. I'll give it a try sometime though. :)

Cheese with cranberries in it is lovely - our local supermarket does a wonderfully creamy wensleydale with cranberries every Christmas.
