The Intrigue of Art

I just got back from an amazing day in New York. Angelo and I are hosting friends for the weekend that have never been to NY, and so we (or really, Angelo) are showing them around a bit. I love these people and am really happy to be able to see them again

I love art so much as well. Manuela doesn't and neither does my mum and brother for instance because they say that often they do not 'get it' but art has nothing to do with the ego or functioning mind that wants to get something out of it. I think that the photo you showed was fascinating. I wish we could go to an art exhibition together :) and wow you went to NY. the city of many lights at night.
