I think Dean is just a teensy bit jealous that he can't protect Sam like Gabriel can. Hmmm...very very interesting turn of events here. Love the "Rifle Incident" with capital letters! And Gabriel flying the car across country? Bwahahahahaha. I can imagine the horrified look on Dean's face. *hee*

And that snippet made me all kinds of warm and not just from the heat :p That was very vivid and evocative and hotness making. I approve.

Am driving myself nuts cause I had this awesome evil idea and now I can't remember what it was. Something that Lucifer was going to do to Sam arg. I should makes notes when I think up these things. I suck.

That snippet makes me all warm and fuzzy and makes me want to write random h/c style schmoop.

And I'm currently re-reading your Ask and you shall receive series, should be sleeping but oh well, am up to The Seduction of Samuel Winchester pt 1 and guess what you wrote...

Gabriel was going to force his brother back into Hell if it was the last thing he ever did.

Poor Dean! He is jealous and frustrated and possibly hurt that Gabriel can do things for Sam that he can't. It makes sense since he has spent the majority of his life taking care of his brother.

Ugh! Honestly, as chick flick as Dean thinks it is, he is going to have to talk about his feelings at one point or he will risk hurting the ones he loves. Again.

And Sam is no better himself. Which doesn't really surprise me. It's one thing to get Dean to open up but it's another if it's himself. Serious communication issues.

As bad as it is, I have a feeling it will take another near death scenario(preferably Dean this time) to get the boys to clear the air.

Am still planning to write more, just have a few muse issues at the moment but I'm sure sooner or later it'll hit me and I'll start writing like crazy again.

Just wanna say that this is my second (third?) run through this whole fic and felt that I needed to properly gush my love for it all over you XD

Seriously, the (super) slow build in relationships is just so refreshing to read. It's not rushed or hastly thrown together and get you can clearly tell that the characters are getting somewhere with each other, however slowly the process may be going.

Just love the whole thing and can't wait for more :)

P.S: Just a thought, but I was wondering if you could sometime maybe make a masterpost for this fic? I want to add it to my memories for easier access if I ever need a good read but it's difficult to navigate the chapters from any point that's not backwards. ^_^ So, if you're ever bored this would be a wonderful thing for many of your peeps I'm sure.

I really wanted to write something that was either gen or a really slow build to a relatioship, basically as realistic as possible given the circumstances in season 4/5.

You're so right about the masterpost I really should do that when I get a chance.

Don't know if I'll ever get around to writing more, I keep waiting for the writing bug to come back but RL is a little busy at the moment. :(
