I've missed this series the last couple of weeks. I'm glad it's back. I'm loving the growing kinship between Gabriel and Castiel, and the growing relationship between Gabriel and Sam. There's something there lurking just under the surface, or is that just me?

"For a second...” And Gabriel breaks away from his gaze, eyes sliding to the floor. “For a second it was like every other time. Like he was there again.” So soft. Followed by a disparaging snort. Can I just tell you how much I love this passage. My gods. I love how you portray Gabriel; the loving son who so wants to believe God is still out there. It's sad and beautiful at the same time.

Slowly but surely *g* I'm looking forward to writing the next chapter cause it's Sam and Gabriel and I really love putting them together.

LOL! I still say Gabriel and Dean are so much alike and that's why they can't stand each other. It will probably take something extreme like having Sam and Cas in danger to get them to get along.

Ah! Poor Gabe! He's so hurt and conflicted. He wants to believe but he is afraid to. And I loved that little revelation that Gabe had about Cas.

And true, Dean has no faith in religion but faith in people he loves which includes Cas. So if Cas believes, he will for his sake.

Awww I'm half way between don't cry and thankyou. I'm glad the music and the chapter worked together for you.

Dean is a bit of an ass I'll agree. He definitely has a long way to go to stop being such a dick.
