Now as most of you know, I go out of my way to call Billy Wagner a racist. For fun and my own amusement. Hell, I even wrote a fucking research paper on it~! My distrust of most Mets fans reasons for disliking Lastings Milledge since he was a rookie aside.... I actually agree with Wagner and while it may seem strange to some people that he made ( Read more... )

I saw that on sportscenter or baseball tonight or whatev was on and I couldn't help but laugh he made perfect sense. Why interview someone that didn't even play. All the explicatives that came later were hard to follow though.

I think somewhere John Rocker is stewing he's about to be replaced as biggest ASS in the majors.

Most of the New York Media that is somewhat professional (IE: everything that isn't the fucking talk radio stations around here, which try to be too much like Howard Stern and not enough 'professionalism') have been pro-Wagner. But, I don't even know how you can be for or against someone when we're not even talking about the real issue. Not Billy Wagner is usually a racist, but this time he's in the clear. Instead, it should be the fact that the Mets have looked sleepy and very Kansas City Royals-esq at the plate since August 2007 and no one's worked on trying to fix it.

I feel as if John Rocker should get the ASS award into the year 3000. Like I said, Wagner has had his "I'm teetering into being a racist!" moments a plenty, but, in this instance it should be a non-issue.

Wow. I haven't been following The Mets as usual due to adjusting to new job and whatnot, but I got to see an article in Friday's paper speculating that Delgado could be on the way out. Didn't really read the story though.

This makes sense now.

But yeah, the media has their favorites. It's all about Pedro, Wright, and Reyes it would seem.

WFAN surprises me as to why they air their games when it seems they're pro-Yankees (atleast Mike and Mad Dog)
