I didn't buy a commercial block of land in the industrial part of Melbourne city 10yrs ago.
I instead invested in setting up my own shop called
Loser Clothing Leather Wear & Novelties etc. in Footscray and ran it from November 2009 - November 2010.
Now I'm speculating the prospects of taking that chunk of Footscray the shop established, and shoving it somewhere in some olde tourist town at the back of Cairns FNQ, Australia.
In the meantime, I have had to get me a wage. After closing shop I went backpacking to pick fruit on the land. And then I got more work as a room attendant on the Gold Coast. I came to Cairns for work as a room attendant however cos of C-19 I'm just a domestic cleaner these days.
I'm hoping to set up Loser Clothing' as a one day a week operation possibly two, substantiating that biz with my work as a room attendant in a tourist town.
