Just stressed a little today. Facebook is becoming a place I don't feel comfortable speaking freely and I'm hardly ever on lj anymore.

I suggest creating filters on both lj and facebook. That way you can feel free to vent and speak freely to those whom you know will not be a pain in your ass because of it.

Also, livejournal allows you to post to "just me." I LOVE this setting, even if I hated it at first. :)

And never underestimate the power of an email to just one or two understanding people. *hugs*
