Dietness

So I started the Ali diet last Thurs. I am not taking the pills yet, because I wanted to be sure I could manage my fat intake before starting a pill that would make me uh... sick if I ate too much fat. sounds like you are doing great :) When I was pregnant with Bryce and they had me on a pretty strict diet (why is it I only lose weight when I'm pregnant and not supposed to lose weight? My body is CRAZY!!! I had to be put on a diet to gain weight. sheesh. now that I'm not pregnant and don't need to gain any, can't seem to lose it.......) I found myself using avacado as my go-to fat source when I needed more in a meal--it can go on anything :p sandwiches, salads, eggs, eaten plain. I suppose it was helpful that I really like them :p

I've found monitoring fat content is a hell of a lot easier then watching the carb intake. Sheesh fruit has carbs in it.
